In 2009, we started vertical farming system capable of 50 bunches per day as a new business and in 2015 the system was expanded by introducing “Stress loading cultivation system” provided by NAA and by our precise production technique.
In this new system, R & D is ongoing to produce food materials for nutraceuticals made from the stressed plants containing much more healthy components compared to normal leafy vegetables like lettuce. We thing that NAA’s triple wideband LEDs are best for plant cultivation not only for their growth but also for good visibility, while it is hard to check the health condition of vegetables under single-red or –blue color LED.
